FIDES Services Cambodia ("FIDES") is a registered national certified public accounting firm established in September 2002. Our firm is a practicing member of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors ("KICPAA"), an institute that is a member of The Asean Federation of Accountants ("AFA").

Management
Our services include bookkeeping, accounts preparation, account review, payroll administration and other management services.

Corporation
Our services include corporate licensing (company formation, investment license, etc.), corporate secretarial, labour compliance, liaison with the competent authorities and other business advisory services. We also assist with corporate winding up.

Taxation
Our services include all aspects of tax compliance eg. preparation and lodgement of tax returns, tax registration and de-registration, tax refund application, liaison with the tax authorities, assisting with the tax audit and investigation, tax review etc. With the compliance responsibilities entrusted upon Fides, our clients are assured that tax compliance obligations are always borne in mind.

Assurance
Our services include statutory audit, independent financial audit, due diligence and other audits, and assurance related services.
